Swisspod starts building hyperloop test track at PuebloPlex

Construction is underway for Swisspod's full-scale test track of its hyperloop transportation system at the PuebloPlex near the Pueblo Airport. The Swiss startup is working with railroad advisory company MxV Rail to build and test a full-scale prototype on land at the current US Army Chemical Depot site.

Romanian inventor who tested the first hyperloop in 1971

Romanian inventor Henri Coanda invented and tested the first vacuum tube transport test (what is now called the Hyperloop ); the first successful test with the vacuum tube was carried out in Bucharest, near CET SUD, in June 1971, using a pipe of 200 meters long and one meter diameter, which established the world record for the World's First Hyperloop , according to the Academy Of World Records.

Tata Steel, TuTr Hyperloop join hands to develop hyperloop technology

The Phase-I work will take place on the 50-meter test track at IIT Madras. The subsequent work to achieve a 10-km track will be completed in Phase-II and -III involving a consortium of other industry partners from the automotive, construction and engineering sectors.
